Stainless steel wire mesh

Stainless steel wire meshis classified into two types according to weaving patterns:
Stainless steel wire mesh plain woven
Stainless steel wire mesh twill woven
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Plain weave is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.
Twill Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is made by each weft wire passing alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passing alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.Materials: AISI/SUS 302,304,304L,316,316LWeaving: plain weave, twill weave.Characteristics: acid-resisting,alkali-resisting, high temperature-resisting, abrade-resisting and strong extension.Uses:It is used in sieving and filtering under the condition of acid and alkali.It is also used as mud net in oil industry,screen filter net in chemical and chemical fibre,pickling net in electroplating industry.Packing:Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is packed in rolls, wrapped with waterproof paper then covered with hessian-cloth. Special packing may be arranged if necessary.
